These are a southern delicacy, hand crafted in the Mile High City! My New Orleans style pecan pralines are one of a kind. I only use premium ingredients, along with fresh and delicious pecans that are shipped directly from a small family farm in Alabama.
I have adapted the New Orleans style recipe and incorporated techniques that my family have used in their own praline recipe for generations. The resulting product is a candy that is so fresh and delicate that it melts in your mouth while offering a buttery crunch from the pecans. These pralines are made with fresh Alabama pecans and are a unique and decadent treat. I am truly proud of what I have crafted and I hope you enjoy them as well!

Whiskey Pecan Pralines
A new variation on the classic New Orleans Style praline. The
flavor from the whiskey enhances the notes of vanilla and
compliments the flavor of the original.
Ingredients: Alabama pecans, pure cane sugar, brown
sugar, butter, evaporated milk, whiskey-cooked to 200F, organic
vanilla extract, salt
Chocolate Pecan Pralines
This chocolatey variation is for the true chocoholic. The
taste of fudge brownies melts away in your mouth as you
crunch on buttery pecans.
